Shelley Nemethy of The Nemethy Group began her Real Estate Career in 2013 with Davidson Realty. She hit the ground running by earning Rookie of the Year and has not slowed down yet. She and her husband/partner earn the title “Top Producing Team” on a regular basis. They have sales totaling over $100 Million.
Shelley’s professional and personal demeaner along with dedication to customer service has been the key to her success. She has extensive knowledge in working with Buyers and Sellers in the area of residential real estate. There are many moving parts throughout the real estate transaction and staying on top of the details and timelines are instrumental to a positive sale and closing.

Upon moving to the St. Augustine area in 2005 with her husband and twin daughters, Shelley was inspired to write a book while decorating her new home. The decorating journey turned spiritual and the book, “Decorating Your Life in Christ” was published. Over the years that followed, Shelley enjoyed sharing with others about her experience and now finds joy in sharing with her customers when the opportunity presents itself.
With a BS degree in Education from the University of Central Florida, Shelley utilizes her training as a teacher in her Real Estate career. Patience throughout the process is necessary and organizational skills are a must! She considers it a challenge in helping to find the perfect home for her customers and assisting Buyers and Sellers navigate through the process.

Most recently, Shelley has earned her Broker’s license and is now a Broker Associate with Davidson Realty. Furthering her knowledge and expertise in her field is important and just another way to be an asset to those she helps.
Tim Nemethy of The Nemethy Group began his real estate career in 2018 with Davidson Realty. Coming from an executive sales background in corporate America, Tim utilized his professionalism and people skills to springboard his real estate career. Tim along with his wife and partner, Shelley have consistently earned the title of “Top Producing Team” and “Top Sales Team” at Davidson Realty. The Nemethy Group has sales totaling over $100 Million.

Tim’s passion for surfing and love for the outdoors brought him to St Augustine in 2005 with his wife Shelley and twin daughters, Stephanie and Michelle. Tim earned a BS/BA degree in Information Systems from University of Central Florida. Since most buyers, these days rely on the internet to find homes, Tim brings a strong technical background that allows The Nemethy Group to leverage the web to help their customers. If Stephanie isn’t working with her customers to find that perfect home, you’ll find her on the water fishing, boating or spending time at the beach.
She also has an identical twin sister, Michelle Beatrice, that works behind the scenes at The Nemethy Group as a Transaction Coordinator and Listing Assistant. Being a graduate of Nease High School and attending University of North Florida also is an added benefit lending to her knowledge of the local area.
She has spent the past 14 years working in the Hospitality industry as a manager/bartender in local establishments. Stephanie is passionate about building meaningful relationships and dedicated to creating a positive experience for others in the housing market.
Stephanie is a natural problem solver and loves assisting and helping others accomplish their goals and dreams. Raised in a family of Realtors, joining The Nemethy Group seemed like a natural step in her career. She is thrilled to join the excitement!
